Individual Courses

Through the 30-Second Patient Message we normalize the conversation for patients, set expectations where needed, and hold a space for patients to bring their questions or concerns back at a later time. At the end of this training, learners will have the knowledge and confidence to address this sensitive topic in 30-seconds, without disrupting clinic flow. Attendees will develop their own 6-point patient message, understand the cancer-related side effects that cause sexual health concerns, and learn the steps to develop a roadmap for patient referrals when needed. Learners will be given access to provider resources and a library of patient educational materials to assist patients in navigating the challenges related to sexual health and intimacy.
